Motorcycle Towing in Atlanta: Handled With Care, Every Time

A dropped bike or a breakdown doesn’t have to mean scratched paint or a bent frame. We tow it right.

Short answer: A+ Quality Atlanta Towing Company tows motorcycles upright on a flatbed, secured with motorcycle tie-downs, to the shop, dealer or home you choose in Metro Atlanta. We’re available day and night, seven days a week. Call (470) 805-2240.

A Motorcycle Isn’t Just a Small Car

Try to tow a bike the same way you’d tow a car, and something usually goes wrong, a strap in the wrong spot, a chain resting where it shouldn’t, a wheel that isn’t locked down properly. It only takes one mistake to leave a scratch, a dent, or worse. Our drivers use gear made specifically for motorcycles, so nothing about the process is improvised or borrowed from car towing.

Reasons Riders Call Us

A mechanical breakdown mid-ride

Chain issues, electrical failures, or an engine that just stops leave you stranded with a bike you can’t safely ride further.

A crash or low-speed drop

Even a minor tip-over can bend a lever, crack a fairing, or leave the bike not rideable, and moving it wrong afterward risks making the damage worse.

A flat tire with no way to patch it roadside

Motorcycle tires aren’t a quick fix like a car’s spare swap, so towing to a shop is usually the fastest path forward.

Trailer or transport failure

If you were hauling your bike and something went wrong with the trailer, hitch, or your tow vehicle, we can step in and finish the job.

Moving a bike that won’t start after storage.

Batteries die, carburetors gum up, and bikes that sat all winter sometimes need a trip to a mechanic before they’ll run again.

How We Tow Your Motorcycle

We load using proper wheel chocks and soft-tie straps designed specifically for motorcycles, never chains or hooks that can damage your bike’s frame or bodywork. Your bike is secured upright, stable, and fully protected for the entire ride, whether we’re taking it a few blocks or across Metro Atlanta.

While You Wait With Your Bike

  • Move the bike off the road if you can do it safely, onto the shoulder, a driveway or a parking lot.
  • Stand well away from traffic and keep your riding gear on, so drivers can see you.
  • Turn on the hazard lights if the bike has them and the battery still works.
  • Note the make and model, and any damage after a drop.
  • Keep the key with you, and take anything loose or valuable out of the bags.
  • If you’re hurt after a fall, call 911 first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will towing my motorcycle scratch or damage it?

Not with us. We use motorcycle-specific straps and wheel chocks designed to secure your bike without touching paint, fairings, or delicate parts. Your bike is loaded and unloaded the same careful way every time.

Can you tow any type of motorcycle?

Yes. Cruisers, sport bikes, touring bikes, and dirt bikes all require slightly different handling, and our drivers know the difference. Tell us what you ride when you call, and we’ll bring the right equipment.

What if my motorcycle won’t start and I don’t know why?

That’s fine, you don’t need to diagnose it yourself. We’ll tow it to a mechanic of your choice, or recommend one nearby, so the actual problem gets found and fixed properly.

Do you tow motorcycles after a crash?

Yes. Once you’re safe and any police report is done, we can load a damaged bike and take it to a shop or your home. If you’re hurt, call 911 first.

Should I take my saddlebags off?

Take anything valuable or loose with you. Bags that are fixed to the bike can usually stay on.
